Description

Come to renew and review the best material taught over the last twelve months, and learn from Gill’s experience in the field of cardiovascular and central nervous system disorders.
She will be presenting, more as a workshop than a formal seminar, which will include interactive, hands on demonstrations having important clinical significance for practitioners treating patients with these maladies.
Topics
Gill will be reviewing the approach to common neurological problems of which handles regularly in his clinic, Parkinson’s, MS and CVAs.
She will be talking about the common theme of metabolic imbalances within these disorders and the common etiology being low levels of ATP production.  She will be teaching you how to assess the ATP Pool of various tissues with special emphasis on the heart and the brain.
She will be talking at length on the four pillars (known as the awesome foursome – Magnesium Orotate, L. Carnitine, Ubiquinoil & D. Ribose) vital to the restoration of mitochondrial ATP and we will be supplying a test kit which will contain all of these markers and samples of the awesome foursome.
Join Gill for a comprehensive recapitulation of the years key topics, complete with additional developments in research leading to a new teaching practices.

Programme

Gill will be presenting his annual update more with a flavour of an interactive workshop than a formal lecture. This will enable practitioners to ask questions during the seminar and will be accompanied with plenty of demonstrations.

To start the day she will be demonstrating the synchronising of the 12 body clocks using the technique called attunement.

Gill will be further introducing the new revolutionary nutritional approach to metabolic disorders. Most chronic disorders involve deficiencies of ATP synthesis within the mitochondria so she will be introducing you to a range of nutritional products that can help enhance cardiac and neurological function, known as the Awesome Foursome. She will be looking at the fascinating links between the meridians/neurotransmitters and specific receptors on the mitochondrial membranes. It is at the mitochondrial level where Eastern medicine meets Western medicine; where Chi equates directly with ATP. She will be applying the nutritional approach to mitochondrial dysfunction along with treating the common neurological disorders that were taught in the black box seminar, with examples of the management of Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, CVAs and cognitive decline.

She will also be talking about her clinical observations of the links between people with high levels of Lip A/Homocysteine and the incidence of Macular Degeneration; introducing some nutrients that may have a therapeutic affect on both of these conditions.
