Can I break apart capsules and take them in water?

Yes! Epigenetics is proud to supply a vast range of encapsulated supplements (not tablets), which can be broken apart and taken with water if preferred. As the capsules themselves – in particular delayed release capsules – provide optimal nutrient delivery, we do not recommend this method of taking our encapsulated products.

Can Epigenetics provide recommendations/advice?

Where does your super sea buckthorn seed oil come from, the seeds or fruit?

Our sea buckthorn seed oil comes from the seeds only.

What strength are your herbal liquids/are they suitable for me?

Epigenetics’ herbal liquids (flavourings) are comprised of carefully extracted nutrients via organic alcohol in purified water. By using 10% organic alcohol in our steeping method, we are able to preserve the delicate nutrients from the whole herb without damaging or denaturing its organic compounds. Many herbal tinctures use a much higher concentration of alcohol to extract nutrients quickly, but this can lead to stronger/unpalatable tastes, can be incompatible for those with alcohol sensitivity or younger children, and can even result in a lower concentration of herb extract in the resulting mixture.
