Orders to the EU/Ireland are subject VAT at point of sale up to the value of €150 (£120). This applies to the intrinsic value of the goods (not including discounts, VAT or shipping). Any orders with a subtotal over €150 (£120), will become zero-rated on checkout, but will be subject to a VAT collection upon import.

At Epigenetics, we offer a variety of shipping options, using Royal Mail, DPD and DHL. Costs and delivery times vary based on your shipping address. Below is a guide to available services and estimated delivery times by country.

Please note that we must share the phone number or email provided at registration with couriers for delivery updates via text or email.

1). Same Day Despatch

We offer same-day despatch for all orders placed Monday to Friday. To qualify, please place your order before the following cut-off times:

  • DPD: 1:30 PM
  • DHL: 1:30 PM
  • Royal Mail: 3:00 PM

Orders placed after these times, on weekends, or public holidays ship the next working day.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are based on optimal conditions and may vary due to destination, customs, or address issues. Larger, heavier, or high-value orders may face additional customs inspections, which can cause delays.

      This UK service includes email tracking, Saturday delivery, and a delivery photo. Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are despatched the same day. Items must fit letterbox dimensions, larger items ship as parcels

    • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Fixed at £4.99 up to 5KG from Jan 1st, 2026) (Exc. VAT) (24 Hours) *FREE for UK orders over £100

      This UK service includes email tracking, Saturday delivery, and a delivery photo. Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are despatched the same day.

    • DPD GB (Fixed at £4.39 up to 10KG from Jan 1st, 2026) (Exc. VAT) (1 Working Day) *FREE for UK orders over £100

      DPD GB delivery is next working day, with same-day despatch for orders placed before 1:30pm (Mon–Fri). While reliable, deliveries can be delayed. Weekend delivery is not available, and this service does not cover Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or the Channel Islands.

    • Special Delivery (Signed For) (Starting at £13.50 Exc. VAT) (Guaranteed Next Day)

      Royal Mail offer a special delivery option that guarantees next day delivery. This service offers same day despatch if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday. This service delivers on a Saturday. This service requires a signature to receive the parcel.

    • DHL GB (service discontinued from January 26th, 2026)
    • FedEx GB (service discontinued from January 1st, 2026)
    • Royal Mail 24 Non-tracked (service discontinued from January 1st, 2026)

    Ireland

    We partner with DPD IE, DHL Economy, and DHL Express to offer lower shipping costs to Ireland.

    For an eco-friendly option, choose DHL Express with GoGreen Plus, using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).

    • DPD IE (£7.19 up to 2kgs) (2 Working Days)

      Orders placed before 1:30pm (Mon–Fri) are despatched the same day and delivered within 2 working days.

    • DHL Economy (£7.49 up to 10kgs) (2 Working Days)

      Orders placed before 1:30pm (Mon–Fri) are despatched the same day and delivered within 2 working days.

    • DHL Express (£14.99 up to 2kgs) (Green Option) (1 Working Day)

      Orders placed before 1:30pm (Mon–Fri) are despatched the same day. Our next-working-day Ireland service includes DHL Express On Demand Delivery, with email/SMS tracking and flexible delivery options. This service also supports DHL GoGreen Plus, using sustainable aviation fuel to reduce CO₂ emissions and our carbon footprint.





    European Union

      Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri) (5 – 7 Working Days)

    Europe (Non EU)

    • DHL Economy (£26.94 up to 2kg) (3-4 working days if placed before 1:30pm Mon-Fri) (3 – 4 Working Days)

    • DHL Express (£28.07 up to 2kg) (2 working days if placed before 1:30pm Mon-Fri) (2 Working Days)

      This is our DHL Express service for sending out orders to the countries in Europe, which are not in the European Union. This service offers an estimated delivery period of 2 working days.

    • Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri) (5 – 7 Working Days)

      This is our Royal Mail service for sending out orders to the countries in Europe, which are not in the European Union.


    USA

    All orders to the USA are now subject to Tariffs, Duties & Taxes.

    • DPD Air Classic USA (3-6 working days if placed before 1:30pm (BST) Mon-Fri) Starting at £16.70 (3 – 6 Working Days)

      This is our DHL Express service for sending out orders to the United States. This service offers an estimated delivery period of 2 – 3 working days.


    Rest Of World

    • Royal Mail International Tracked (10-14 working days if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri) Starting at £23.99 (10 – 14 Working Days)

      This is our Royal Mail service for sending out orders to countries not included in any of the regions above.

    • DHL Express (£45.46 up to 2kg) (2-4 working days if placed before 1:30pm Mon-Fri) (2 – 4 Working Days)

      This is our DHL Express service for sending out orders to countries not included in any of the regions above. This service offers an estimated delivery period of 2 – 4 working days. Subject to availability; this option may not be available to your shipping country. Please contact us if this option is not available to your rest-of-world country and we will look to creating a quotation for you.



    3). Letterbox Posting (Capsules) (Royal Mail UK Only)

    Our capsule products are packaged in innovative, flat postal packs designed for easy letterbox delivery. You can receive up to 8 standard-size packs (typically 60 capsules each) or up to 3 large-size packs (90, 120, or 180 capsules) through your letterbox.

    Please note that orders containing toiletry samples, liquid products, or exceeding the pack limits will be packaged in an envelope or box and cannot be delivered through the letterbox. Below are common capsule orders that fit through a letterbox.

    c). Up to 4 standard packs + 1 large pack
    d). Up to 2 standard packs + 2 large packs


    4). Additional Services

    Customers can select any delivery option at checkout. Please refer to the available options for each country/region above. In certain cases, we may use alternative services to ensure your order arrives on time. For more details on additional shipping options, feel free to contact us via email or phone.


    5). The UK’s EU Status

    Since the UK left the European Union on January 1st, 2021, shipping to EU countries has changed. With the introduction of Customs checks, there may be additional delays or charges before your order arrives. We work closely with our shipping providers to minimize these costs and ensure timely delivery. Please note that international shipping regulations may change as the UK’s relationship with the EU evolves.


    6). EU & Irish VAT (IOSS)

    Orders to Ireland and the EU will be charged VAT at checkout for goods valued up to €150 (£120), based on the “intrinsic value” of the items (excluding discounts, VAT, and shipping). Orders with a subtotal over €150 (£120) will be zero-rated at checkout but will incur VAT charges upon delivery, collected by the courier.


    7). Perfumes

    We can now send perfumes in with the rest of your order via any of our shipping options.


    8). External Couriers

    Please note that delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may occasionally occur earlier or later than expected. While we ensure prompt despatch of your order, we cannot guarantee the service provided by external couriers. If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us through our “Contact Us” page, and we’ll assist you promptly.


    9). Returns

    If you are not satisfied with any Epigenetics product you can return the product unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging for a full refund at any time up to 30 days from the date you received it. If you wish to cancel your order in this way, you must confirm this by phoning or emailing us within 7 days of receipt of the product. The package can be returned by simply circling the ‘Return to Sender’ address located on the label and placing in a post box to avoid a delivery charge.

    Goods that are broken, damaged in transit or sent in error will be refunded in full or resent on request. Refunds will be made as per the original method of payment.
