Irish & EU VAT (IOSS)

All orders to Ireland and the EU will be charged VAT at point of sale up to the value of €150 (£120). This applies to the subtotal of the order including any discounts, but before VAT and shipping. Any orders with a subtotal over €150 (£120), will become zero-rated on checkout, but will be subject to a VAT collection from the courier. Our EUR/GBP exchange rate is updated on the 1st of each month using the HMRC’s published monthly rate. Click here for more information.



Shipping Information

Here at Epigenetics we have a range of shipping methods to choose from when placing an order. We mainly ship using Royal Mail, DPD Local and DHL with a few exceptions for unique cases. These delivery services vary in cost and speed depending on your shipping address. Please see below for our guide on countries for both the available services and estimated delivery periods. Please note we are required to provide couriers with the telephone number or email address you give us when you register, so they can give you updates via text or email.

1). Same Day Dispatch

We offer a same day dispatch for our orders but please be aware that our collection for couriers (DPD & DHL) is at 2pm and Royal Mail is at 4pm Monday to Friday. Please note you will need to place courier orders before 12pm and Royal Mail orders before 3pm for same day dispatch. If you place an order after these times they will be dispatched the day after. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next working day. Any temporary service delays, status updates or estimated delivery times will be displayed on the shipping options when checking out. All delivery estimates stated on this page and shipping options are based on best-case transit and customs processing; delivery estimates are subject to change depending on many factors including, but not limited to, the destination country, address accessibility, customs processing time and shipment information requests. If your order is larger, heavier or more expensive than the average, it isn’t uncommon for a country’s customs to inspect the shipment to ensure it’s safe for import; you should expect a delay if this event occurs.

STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD

UK

  • Evri Next Day (tracked service) (Same day dispatch if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri) (24 Hours)

    This is our standard tracked selection for our UK orders. Ships within 1 working day and delivers on Saturdays. This is our best value tracked service and provides a photo of the delivery point (usually a letterbox/door); however, this is not a guaranteed service and can be delayed.

  • Royal Mail 24 (Non-tracked service) (Same day dispatch if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri) (24 Hours)

    This is our standard Royal Mail service for our UK orders. Usually ships within 1 working day and delivers on Saturdays. This is not a guaranteed service however, and should allow up to 3 working days if the shipment is delayed.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Same day dispatch if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri) (24 Hours)

    This UK service provides tracking updates, which are sent to customer email addresses at key points during transit. Usually ships within 1 working day and delivers on Saturdays. This is not a guaranteed service however, and should allow up to 3 working days if the shipment is delayed.

  • DPD Next Working Day (2 Days to Northern Ireland) (Same Day Dispatch if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (24 Hours)

    This UK DPD service is usually delivered within 1 working day (2 working days to Northern Ireland), delivers on Saturdays and provides an 1-hour window delivery estimate on the day. This is not a guaranteed service however, and should allow up to 3 working days if the shipment is delayed.

  • DHL UK Express (Next Working Day) (Same Day Dispatch if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (1 Working Day)

    This UK DHL service is usually delivered within 1 working day and delivers on Saturdays. This is not a guaranteed service however, and should allow up to 3 working days if the shipment is delayed.

  • Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri) (Guaranteed Next Day)

    Royal Mail offer a special delivery option that guarantees next day delivery, so long as the order was dispatched on a working day. This service also delivers on a Saturday. Please be aware that any orders made after our collection time or closing hours will not be able to be posted out in time for next day delivery. Our collection is at 4pm Monday to Friday so please place your order before 3pm to ensure next day delivery with this service.


Ireland

We have a special relationship with our Irish service providers, as such we are able to offer much more affordable shipping costs to Ireland. We now have the choice between DHL Economy, DHL Express or DPD Parcel Two Day. At Epigenetics we have proudly partnered with DHL Express, utilising sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) via the GoGreen Plus service to deliver your orders; choose DHL Express as our green option!

  • DHL Economy (£8.99 up to 10kgs) (2 working days if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (2 Working Days)

    This service usually delivers within 2 working days and is the default selection for Ireland. We have a special relationship with DHL which allows us to provide our customers with much more affordable shipping costs to Ireland. Parcels up to 10Kgs will cost no more than £8.99 to deliver.

  • DHL Express (Next working day if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (Green Option) (1 Working Day)

    This next day service to Ireland benefits from DHL Express On Demand Delivery (ODD), providing you with email/SMS updates as your shipments progress with an estimated delivery date/time. If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery, giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment. By choosing this option, you are supporting the use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) via the DHL GoGreen Plus service to deliver your orders. By investing in sustainable aviation fuel, we actively reduce the CO2e emissions associated with our shipments, minimising our carbon footprint. We believe it’s our responsibility to do what’s right for the planet, and we want to empower our customers to make a positive impact too.

  • DPD Parcel Two Day (up to 2kgs) (2 working days if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (2 Working Days)

    This service usually delivers within 2 working days to Ireland. Under new restrictions placed on it from January 1st 2024, this service is only supports B2C (business to customer) orders up to 2kgs. This is an end to end tracked service, with access to options through the DPD app and offers a 1-hour delivery window. This service is a flat rate of £9.95.


European Union

  • DHL Economy (2-9 working days if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (2 – 9 Working Days)

    This is our DHL Economy service for sending out orders to the countries in the European Union. The price and delivery estimates for this service vary depending on the destination country.

  • DHL Express (2 working days if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (2 Working Days)

    This is our DHL Express service for sending out orders to the countries in the European Union. This service offers an estimated delivery period of 2 working days.

    Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (5 – 7 Working Days)

    This is our Royal Mail service for sending out orders to countries in the European union. This service can become more expensive as the weight of your order increases. This is due to the 2Kg weight limit of Royal Mail parcels, if your order exceeds this limit, we will dispatch your items in individual parcels. This service has an upper limit of 4Kgs; if your order exceeds this weight, this option will not be available.

  • DPD Classic (3 – 8 working days if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (3 – 8 Working Days)

    This is our DPD service for sending out orders to countries in the European union. The price and delivery estimates for this service vary depending on the destination country. Subject to availability; this option may not be available for your shipping country.


Europe (Non EU)

  • DHL Economy (3-4 working days if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (3 – 4 Working Days)

    This is our DHL Economy service for sending out orders to the countries in Europe, which are not in the European Union. The price and delivery estimates for this service vary depending on the destination country.

  • DHL Express (2 working days if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (2 Working Days)

    This is our DHL Express service for sending out orders to the countries in Europe, which are not in the European Union. This service offers an estimated delivery period of 2 working days.

  • DHL Express USA (2-3 working days if placed before 12pm (BST) Mon-Fri) (2 – 3 Working Days)

    This is our DHL Express service for sending out orders to the United States. This service offers an estimated delivery period of 2 – 3 working days.

  • Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days) (5 – 7 Working Days)

    This is our Royal Mail service for sending out orders to the United States. This service can become more expensive as the weight of your order increases. This is due to the 2Kg weight limit of Royal Mail parcels, if your order exceeds this limit, we will dispatch your items in individual parcels. This service has an upper limit of 4Kgs; if your order exceeds this weight, this option will not be available.


Rest Of World

  • Royal Mail International Tracked (10-14 working days) EXPERIENCING SERVICE DELAYS (10 – 14 Working Days)

    This is our Royal Mail service for sending out orders to countries not included in any of the regions above. This service can become more expensive as the weight of your order increases. This is due to the 2Kg weight limit of Royal Mail parcels, if your order exceeds this limit, we will dispatch your items in individual parcels. This service has an upper limit of 4Kgs; if your order exceeds this weight, this option will not be available.

  • DHL Express (2-4 working days if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri) (2 – 4 Working Days)

    This is our DHL Express service for sending out orders to countries not included in any of the regions above. This service offers an estimated delivery period of 2 – 4 working days. Subject to availability; this option may not be available to your shipping country. Please contact us if this option is not available to your rest-of-world country and we will look to creating a quotation for you.



3). Letterbox Posting (Capsules)

Our extensive range of capsule products are packaged in cleverly-designed, flat postal packs. This intuitive design allows for capsule orders to be posted through your letterbox hassle-free. Up to 8 standard-size (typically 60-capsule) packs or up to 3 large-size (90, 120, 180-capsule) packs can be posted through the letterbox. Please note, if you select a toiletry sample, liquid product or exceed the capsule pack limits stated, your order will be packaged in a bag/box and cannot be posted through the letterbox. Listed below are common capsule orders that will fit through a letterbox.

a). Up to 8 standard packs
b). Up to 3 large packs
c). Up to 4 standard packs + 1 large pack
d). Up to 2 standard packs + 2 large packs


4). Additional Services

Whilst we have default option services for orders, customers can choose any delivery option they like upon checkout. Please see the above options for each country/region and upon checkout. However in certain circumstances we will make special arrangements to ship using alternative services to our usual selections to ensure your order gets to you. If you’d like more information on what additional services we may be able to use please contact us directly either by email or phone.


5). The UK’s EU Status

With the UK having left the European Union as of January 1st 2021, shipping to countries within the EU has changed slightly. With the added Customs checks now in place, there may be additional delays/charges before your order arrives with you. We are in close communication with our shipping providers so that we can help to keep additional costs down and to ensure we can continue to bring you prompt delivery of your items. All changes relating to international shipping regulations are subject to change as the UK’s relationship with the EU develops.


6). EU & Irish VAT (IOSS)

7). Perfumes

We can now send perfumes in with the rest of your order via any of our shipping options.


8). External Couriers

Please be advised that these postal times are only an estimation and in certain circumstances the actual delivery might arrive either earlier or later than expected. We are responsible for getting your orders dispatched promptly of course, but we cannot guarantee the service provided by external couriers. Sometimes things do unfortunately go wrong and if you find yourself in a situation where your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please get in contact with us via the contact us page.


9). Returns

If you are not satisfied with any Epigenetics product you can return the product unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging for a full refund at any time up to 30 days from the date you received it. If you wish to cancel your order in this way, you must confirm this by phoning or emailing us within 7 days of receipt of the product. The package can be returned by simply circling the ‘Return to Sender’ address located on the label and placing in a post box to avoid a delivery charge.

Goods that are broken, damaged in transit or sent in error will be refunded in full or resent on request. Refunds will be made as per the original method of payment.
