Flaxseed Oil provides a high source of Omega 3 fatty acids and Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) and is a great alternative to fish oils. Epigenetics vegan friendly Flaxseed Oil is made by grounding and pressing organic flax seeds to release their natural oils.
Flaxseeds are rich in fibre and contain both soluble and insoluble fibres.
We also product a Flax Seed Oil 250ml for use on salads etc.
